Blue Diamond Hotel Jeddah

My friend and I stayed for one night. The hotel was nice, with really impressive interior design. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and had a great variety. The customer service was outstanding. My friend ordered a pizza through room service but wasn’t satisfied with it. The staff responded immediately, offering alternative meals or other solutions. Their quick reaction and willingness to accommodate really showed their professionalism and customer-first mindset.

I was about to give a terrible review because of the "security" guard who preferred to sleep rather than allowing me and my family access to the parking lot during check in. I literally woke him up politely to let me in but he just opened his eyes and went back to sleep as we were not there. I never saw anything like that before. But then, all the other staff were on point, friendly and professional. Not to give a bad image to his fellow colleagues, the night security guard was alert, prompt and an excellent front line staff. I salute him.

My stay at the hotel was very good and the staff were also very helpful and kind. There was only one thing that was not comfortable. During my stay there were municipal works next to the hotel and also construction works it was very noisy because the hotel windows were not soundproof.

The price for money is good in Jeddah. I would recommend to others. The location is within a comfortably walkable distance to Al-Hamra Corniche. The neighbourhood is relatively safe. The room is comfortable and clean. The touch screen lighting system is great. The room service is nice, efficient and is 24 hours, price is acceptable. The lighting is great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The whole hotel style is modern. Air-conditioning is good.
